Business Models
BOO
Build, Own, and Operate – This model puts Lr. Energies in charge of the development, finance, engineering, procurement, construction, and ongoing operation of the project. BOO projects may be developed either by Lr. Energies exclusively or in cooperation with other partners.
EPC
Engineering, Procurement, and Construction – In this full turnkey model Lr. Energies takes charge of design & planning, procurement of all necessary materials, and construction of the project, strictly adhering to the agreed budget, schedule, and high-quality standards (performance).
EPCM
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management – Lr. Energies provides management services in addition to all of the services of the EPC model.
BOOT
Build, Own, Operate, Transfer – Although similar to the BOO model, when using this model Lr. Energies transfers the facility to the public administration at the end of the concession agreement.
PPA
This model allows Lr. Energies to be a power supplier under an agreed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). This gives out clients the peace of just being an off taker of the power over an agreed period of time, typically between 12 and 20 years.
